TFS has a direct-to-customer sales strategy. We produce our own furniture and control our own distribution systems. Our eCommerce website was developed as a platform to offer our services to consumers in the most practical way feasible. Additionally, we provide our services through our own retail locations. Therefore, having omnichannel distribution gives us the benefit of being able to set a high bar for service and product quality while retaining unbeatable rates. What Motivated Us to Advance
We began focusing on streamlining the process as we began delivering more and more items to our clients and were aware of the potential for doing so. This aimed to do away with the use of middlemen. We intended to create, manufacture, and distribute our own items so that each stage could be carried out precisely. from the furniture’s creation through its delivery and installation.
